Protects winch from harsh weather, road salt and road wear. Does not require any tie-down straps. Made of tough, weather-resistant, fabric-coated 2mm neoprene. Resists degradation from sun, ozone, weather, oils and other chemicals. Works with Patriot 9500 (Item# 144190) and Patriot 9500 UT (Item# 144159). Also fits most winches with integrated solenoid assembly above drum. U.S.A.
