"Replace one of the roll pins with a spring cotter clip and you have the same thing as the higher priced units sold by Superwinch or Warn ... without that switch it would a pain to use."

4.9-Ton Capacity Pulley Block,
July 11, 2007
By Curtisfrom Orange Park, FL
"My purchase of the Pulley Blocks was for unconventional use, as a rolling block for an electronic hoist used with the removable hard top of my 1957 Thunderbird. This product was selected because of the ease of dismanteling and modifying to mount on a steel rod or pipe to roll the top and hoist out of the way when raised from the car. This works great to get the removable hard top off the car by one person for storage for top "down" driving or for working on the car. The excellent detail of data and images at the online shopping site was a greart help in making my decission."
