"Sturdy construction, heavy duty, but not too heavy in weight. The soap stone pockets - not something I'd use, but others might. I can not flex my arms that high to be coordinated enough to slide soap stone into the pocket in one attempt.
Like the 2 snaps on the neck/wrist/waist to tighten/loosen for a better fit."
