Worked as I hope but required some modifification,July 20, 2009

"I purchased the ramp and rail to add a center rail to my 1st generation dual rail Kendon motorcycle trailer as I didn't trust the torsion axle to balance the load when I was carrying just 1 bike. The steel is very heavy duty. My only "complaints" is the bare steel is very slippery and the wheels spun on the ramp (the Kendon ramps have a powdercoat that provide some friction). Also, I had to shorten the ramp to match the length of the Kendon ramps. Finally, the corners at the base of the ramp are not rounded and I could imagine would be capable of puncturing a tire if hit just right - I cut them off at an angle and ground them smooth. These items are a bit pricey for what they are but Kendon had changed their design and I couldn't get what I needed from them."

MC Ramp,November 18, 2008

"I bought this with the MC Rail, like the rail, this is a very heavy duty ramp. I wouldn't hesitate to put my Harley on it. The ramp has a tab at the end that hooks in to a slot on the rail to hold it in place while you load your bike. It works like a charm. The only issue that i had was that the harley is as long as the Rail and when loaded sits on the slot for the ramp. So I had to move the rail forward on the trailer and then cut a slot in the top of my trailer for the ramp. If you have a shorter bike this won't be an issue. I mostly use it and the rail to get my wife's dirt bike to the track. it's probably over kill for that. But I never have to worry about the bike moving with the ramp. (Keeps the wife from worrying too, and that makes life much more pleasant!).
This is a must have if you by the rail. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this or the rail again. GREAT Product!"
