Hitching up your trailer is now a one-man job! Place the HitchHelper with its strong magnet on the top of the trailer tongue, adjust the height of the pole and rotate the mirror so it reflects the trailer tongue from the driver’s seat. Then back up vehicle until both the hitch ball and trailer tongue are in view. When they are aligned, stop the vehicle, lower the trailer tongue onto the ball and remove the HitchHelper. It’s that simple!

"This item is awesome. Before I would have to get out of the truck 4 or 5 times to hitch up my trailers, but with this item, I get out attach it to the trailer, align the mirror, back-up once and done!"

total waste of money,November 8, 2007
By fortywinks50from Pace, Florida
"I bought this item in anticipation of great help in aligning my hitch and trailer ball. My wife is a far better helper and costs nothing extra. This mirror should be relegated to the junk heap. it is very flimsy at the mirror end, won;t stay in place once adjusted, and is not easy to gain a view of the hitch while backing up. I feel like It was a total waste of money. I'm going to return it in favor of one of the V-shaped metal back up helpers that guides the hitch right onto the ball.If I could give this item zero stars it would more truly reflect my experience with it."

"A simple yet elegant and effective device for aligning truck and trailer. It would have earned 5 stars if the mirror pivot was made of more durable material."
