"I must admit to being quite pleased with Northern Tool with the purchace of this Hitch Mounted Step for my Explorer. I had seen something like it driving down the road and has looked for this step for about 2 weeks when I found it online. The ordering process was easy and the delivery of the step was prompt. The step fit into my hitch receiver and though I had to change the plug in connection, that was easy to do. Thanks Northern for being there."
