"nice because its height is so adjustable, but the thing is really long and heavy. so long the trailer's safety chains usually don't reach without alteration. the length (shin buster) also seems to really weigh on the rear axle of a pickup if you have quite a bit of weight on the tongue of the trailer. seems like it takes a lot of space in the bed of a pickup too when its pulled out."

"IF YOU PUT THIS HITCH DIRECTLY INTO YOUR RECIEVER IT STICKS OUT WAY TOO FAR. THERE IS ALSO A LOT OF SLACK IN ALL THE "JOINTS". I ENDED UP WELDING THE L-SHAPED BRACE PIECE TO THE TRUCK TO ELIMINATE ONE RECIEVER JOINT AND ABOUT 6" FROM THE LENGTH."

"This hitch could be improved on if it could be turned around and locked under the pickup. The hitch is too long as is and I had to have another hole drilled to shorten it a couple of inches. Overall it is a good product but I believe that it could be made better without substancially increasing the cost."
