November 17, 2008
By ToysRkind2us
from Atlanta
|
"Flat free tires are great for yard equipment! It seems like everytime I needed to use my lawn trailer or wheelbarrow, the tires were flat. No more!...These flat free tires are great. Always up...no flats ...capacity about the same as before!
I definitely recommend them if you are having the same problems."

Garden Cart Solution,
August 19, 2008
By Wagonmaster
from S.E. Pennsylvania and Delaware
|
"My property has a number of Hawthorn trees, and other sources of natural tire puncturing objects.. The typical cart tire seems to attract these like a magnet. Over the past 25 years I have replaced tires/tubes sometimes more than once per season.. The self- sealing "GOOP" works in tractor tires, but just makes a mess with the flimsy cart tires.. Since replacing them with the MARATHON tire/wheel combo, I have been trouble free, and the cart rides much smoother both empty, and under load.. The slogan shoud be: "NO AIR- NO FLATS""

The best tire for a Wheelbarrow or garden cart,
August 18, 2008
By manwithtools
from A stones throw from Waxahachie, Texas
|
"I have replaced many tires on my wheelbarrow over the years. It seems like when I need it, it has a flat and won't hold air very long. These Flat -Free tires are truly the "cat's meow". I have put them on both of my wheelbarrows and my tractor cart. Needles to say you would never know they were not regular tires and the best part is "NO MORE FLATS""

Flat Free Tires,
August 12, 2008
By Forbinproject01
from Boylston, MA

"Had to refill the original tires with air weekly now I just use the cart, my son filled the cart with bricks and the tires held up but the cart body didnt. I have the tires on both a wheelbarrel and a cart that I pull behind my ATV I am very happy with both applications, would highly recommend these tires for both."

Marathon Tires Flat-Free Wheel — 4.80/4.00-8in., R,
August 11, 2008
By KempnerWheels
from Texas
|
"Wow, for years I have been pouring in green goo and airing up tires on my little trailer. It seemed that every sticker or thorn would find its' way into my tires. But when I replaced them with the Marathon Flat-Free tires that all stopped. Now all I have to do is hook up the trailer to my garden tractor and go. Thanks!"

So Far So Good,
August 11, 2008
By JeepGuy

"Makes you wonder why all tires aren't like this. Loaded my wagon high with wet firewood and tires didn't bulge or flatten. Hope they outlast the wagon. Sure beats having to deal with slack tires every spring. Well worth the money."

Marathon Flat-Free Tires and wheels,
April 14, 2008
By BoomerDan
from Midlothian, Texas
|
"About 3 months ago, I purchased these tires. The tires were purchased for a small wagon we pull behind our lawn tractor. Previously, we have had constant problems with flats from mesquite thorns. The flat free tires eliminated the flats on the wagon and have made it usable - again. Another year or so of use will tell if the cost, hassle of ordering from the catalog, and effort to replace the original tires, were worthwhile."

No more Slime,
January 15, 2008
By RLC2TOyz
from Brandon Tx
|
"Replaces the original tire and wheel exactly. I no longer have any flats, and I use them in very rough terrain( a LOT of mesquit and bodark trees). But the best thing is, I no longer have to add any slime to the wheels to stop the flats."

No more flat tire,
October 31, 2007
By Skeeter59
from Temperance, MI
|
"I purchased this tire to replace the one that dry rotted on my wheelbarrel. Now when my wife gets the wheelbarrel out to do her gardening I don't hear that phrase "the tire is flat". I liked the ideal that the bearings can be greased through a grease fitting. This tire was a little larger than the orginal, which made the wheelbarrel easiler to maneuver. Now I hear " That wheelbarrel is so easy to push and you took out the squeak"."
