"I bought one of these Tool Carts 6 months ago, and use it every day in a Manufacturing Environment (Industrial HVAC). I usually have half my tool chest on it, and made a rack for the bottom to carry additional supplies and parts for the repairs and assembling I do. In short, I wheel this Tool Cart around all day all over our factory and I must say it's definately better than the more expensive cart that it replaced. The reason I say "Pretty Decent" is because I crunched the tray on top with a 150 pound Electric Motor last month, so the 200 pound rating is questionable (I weld, so I just welded a new plate on top after I straightened out the tray, and the Cart is still in service). The Tray has also been hit by Fork Trucks and banged around a little bit, but I will say that the uprights and casters are still in great shape, and I haven't babied it. Several other retailers sell this cart for 99 to 129 dollars. I say this is a good value for the money for anyone who needs a sturdy Tool Cart to carry around your tools."
