Well Built,

"I purhased this for my father in law several years ago. The seat has been used often by both him and myself on a regular basis. A unit like this is a must in any shop and this one has been reliable and stood the test of time. It still works flawlessly."

Great seat for washing and detailing a Corvette,
August 11, 2008

"Owning a Corvette, I wash and detail my car at least once a week during the warm weather. Getting down low to reach the sides of the car and wheels was always a back breaker. With the Northern Tools Mechanic's Adjustable Seat, it makes this job a breeze. The five heavy duty casters keep the seat stable and I can just slide along the garage floor instead of working on my hands and knees. The seat comes in three pieces and assembly took less than two minutes. All in all, a very good investment for anyone who washes and details their own car."

just the ticket,

"Been using my Northern Tool Mechanics Adjustable Seat for a couple weeks now, why didn't I have one of these before!? Sure beats sitting on an old milk crate or ammo can to do wheel bearings, brakes, etc. Worked on my snowmobile last night and it saved my back. A good value with the right mix of features. Its just the ticket for the garage."

"Good Product for the money. A little weak, but overall a nice stool when used by a person who doesn't over use tools."

This is a good deal on a sturdy little seat,
July 9, 2007

"I've had this seat since December. Again, this seat gets wheeled all around a factory every day, and has held up excellent. I find it very handy for times when I can sit and work on something and because it's adjustable it can be used at a low bench or for kneeling position type work. Lots of days I put a parts crate on top of the seat and wheel it to where I am working along with my Tool Tray, and this little seat not only saves me from standing all the time, it's also pretty comfortable. You can't beat the price either."
