"This unit took two people an afternoon to install on a 98 gmc 3500. It was invisible when mounted. It dumped a full truckload of grass every day for 5 years. It picked up well over what the truck could hold legally in weight. I wouldn't have given it up for the world. The factory wheelwells held in a little debris but, nothing a shove with a rake couldn't take care of. Only 2 yards of crushed stone would bog it down. It was really fast going up and down. The only downfalls of this unit is that the standard 10$ ford solinoid was mounted outside and open to the weather. It rotted out around once a year but was a 20 minute fix. Living in Mass., we have pretty tough winters. The BIGGEST downfall which was definately an issue with me was that you cannot mount the factory bumper along with a trailer hitch along with the dump because they would hit each other. I ended up making a custom bumper to keep within the law. Other than that, this unit saved me 15 minutes a day of pitchforking. Only wish they made it for the 2005. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Dan"
