"Worked great, we installed it on a Tuthill Fuel Transfer Pump and pumped 400 gl of Biodiesel from a ships fuel tank into 55gl drums. We cleaned out the fuel tank, (filtered the fuel twice) and returned it to the tank. Great value."

"An easy way to filter any fluids, especially some that you may be pumping with a hand pump. Threaded to fit in almost any line with NPT and has an easy to change screw-on filter that will catch most debris, rust, sediment, or water. Very valuable when pumping fuels to prevent fuel pump, injector pump, or injector damage. My only complaint was that I wasn't sure if the pipe bushings that came with the filter head had pipe sealer on them, after going to the trouble to screw them out, I then found out they did. No problem, just wanted to be sure."

"Works for what I want to do with it. Was more economical then buying an expensive 12V pump, but quicker then buying a hand pump.
The hose was too short for my application. Only issue I had was the threads type on the 90 degree elbow, hose and nozzle that's included. The hose fittings on the supplied hose appeared to be 3/4" and 1", but had an o-ring to seal. A normal 3/4" pipe thread-ed fuel hose would not thread/seal when I tried (maybe user error). I didn't want any leaks trying to use the provided nozzle and elbow , so I replaced them with a fittings, hose and nozzle with standard 3/4" pipe thread . The thread on the pump outlet was standard 3/4" pipe thread, so a 90 degree pipe fitting worked there.
Even with purchasing the replacment hose, nozzle & fittings, the total cost was still under the cost of purchasing a higher priced electric pump (and some hand pumps)."
