8" splitting wedge,
April 14, 2008
By Spliterfrom Minnesota
"Bought the wedge for my homemade logsplitter. It came dull on the cutting edge, about a 1/16" of flat metal on the front were it cuts, not sure if this is how it should be. I sharpened it right away with a sanding wheel. Otherwise it is a very well built product and has stayed sharp even after ALOT of wood splitting."

NorthStar log splitter wedge,

By randy3657from Minot, ME
"I have purchased several of these the last year or so. Very well made. Easy to weld. Works much better than some of the cast wedges that are on some log splitters. Much more durable and easy to resharpen as needed."
