"I am very happey with my Oregon chain sharpener. I was paying 5 to 6 dollars per chain to be sharpen, and the chains were being ground away. I got my new Oregon sharpener, and within a mounth the shapener paid for its self. My chains started to last alot longer too."

"Why take chains somewhere to get them sharpened or throw them away because their dull. These stones are of the highest quality and make the teeth of the chain like razors. Would recommend them to everyone, a must if you own a chainsaw or want to sharpen chains for people."

Oregon Replacement 3/16in. Sharpening Stone,
March 8, 2007
By darekowfrom Shawano WI
"I personally like this replacement over the original for simple fact that the replacement stone has the plastic center ring verses the original that has nothing but the stone center that slides over the mounting collar which is made of aluminum or white metal. The plastic center will certainly prolong the life of mounting collar due to the number of stone changes required. I definitely would recommend the Oregon Chain Sharpener Replacement Sharpening Stone to anyone using the Oregon Chain Sharpener."
