Indoor and outdoor nursery,

"I have this sprayer for about two years. I am a commercial grower. 4 greenhouses 30'x100'. I don't think you really get a 30' spray out of it but I would say a good 20' easy. It does the work I want it to do. Like the pressure, it spikes at 195psi but drops down to 165/175psi when you open it but still strong enouph for me. Like the diffrend settings atomiser, mist and strait. So far I think it's the best bang for your buck. If you are getting into greenhouses and you are starting with a 30x100 greenhouse or so, don't mess with the back sprayers or the 60psi battery powered, go with this one you will not regret it."

works OK,

"At the time I purchased this item (2 years ago) it was rated to spray 30ft. In reality when you first pull the trigger you get a burst up to 30 feet, but the pump can't maintain 200 psi while spraying so it really only sprays 20 feet. So it works fine with that limitation, unfortunately I need to spray higher than that. A bigger pump/motor might be able to keep the pressure pegged at 200, now that would be useful! A longer hose would also be nice. I put it and a car battery in a small garden trailer and pull it by hand or behind a lawnmower."

Extremely Versatile Sprayer, Reasonable Price,

"The high pressure makes this a great multi-purpose sprayer. I use it on trees and the yard and even potted plants. Watch the filter for clogging, it catches unmixed powder chemicals like Miracle Grow and may be the culprit if you lose pressure."

Bark Beetles,
October 29, 2007
By DennisfromPrescott

"I have had a lot of problems with the bark beetles at my cabin near Prescott, Ariz. This sprayer did a great job of putting the product on the pine trees up to about 25 feet. It was easy to install on the back of my ATV and hook it up to the 12 volt battery with the plug that was provided with the sprayer. It was easy to clean up after spraying the trees. If the tank was bigger and the hose was a little longer and it could spray up another 10 feet, it would be the perfect sprayer."

Great Sprayer for my Fruit Trees,
October 15, 2007
By Anonymous Reviewer

"I am just putting my "ATV" Sprayer away for the season and wanted to share my experience with other hobby farmers. I have 6 assorted apple trees and in the past 10 years have had limited success with my hand pump sprayer. I finally decided it wasn't worth the bother and stopped spraying all together. Then this past winter, my 27 year old son who now has apple trees at his new house asked me to help prune his trees -- we did that and then he help me with mine -- many trailer loads later the brush was disposed of and we had wide open trees - so a bird can fly through at any point -- as the old guy told me. So to cut to the chase, this spring the buds were prolific and I didn't want my pruning to go to waste. About every two weeks, I put the sprayer in the small trailer I have, hooked it to my tractor battery and measured the multi-purpose spray concentrate into the tank and filled it with water -- I was able to drive between the trees (up wind) and spray all of each tree -- outside and under the leaves -- it worked as advertised and reached the 25 foot tops of the trees with little trouble and easing back on the nozzle trigger a wide mist pattern covered the lower areas very well. I never needed toi shake or stir the mx as the pump circulates a small amount of mix back into the tank as it is running -- can't imagine why I waited so long to but this sprayer - but am sure happy I did -- Bottom line, we have picked tons of great apples this year - healthy, large and very tasty -- Hobby Farmer from Maine 10/15/07"

"I sprayed about 50 trees. It worked fine, however it works better if you run it off of a stronger battery, I used it on the back of my pickup, it has alot more power this way,and it sprays higher."

Neat little package,
July 9, 2007

"This is a neat little sprayer for the homeowner or light commercial operation. It is easy to use, easy to set up, and comes with all the wiring necessary to connect to a battery within about 8 feet. The switch is a nice feature to start and stop the unit. The only issue I have with this item is that it will not sustain a spray stream of 30'. The maximum height of usable spray is probably about 20' with the included orifice. It appears that the orifice is changeable but I've yet to locate after market orifices for the spray gun. The variable spray pattern is great for low spraying of hedges and bushes. It has enough power to fog low bushes but don't count on it for trees other than low growing (<20') trees."

"The product is a great product unfortunately I have two and they both broke at the pressure gauge wich connections are made of a PVC type material which breaks after a short while. Besides that one detail as I said when it is working it is a great product. Now I am buying my third one."
