Milton Air Hose Swivel 1/4in. Dia. NPT, Model# S-657
Tames your air hose. Air tool connector SWIVELS 360 degrees IN TWO PLACES so the air hose doesnt fight you. Takes less room in tight spaces. UNISWIVEL has a male pipe thread that screws directly into most air tools and accepts male pipe thread hose fittings for standard quick-change adapters. 1/4in. N.P.T. thread. For up to 150 PSI. A must for every portable air tool: grinders, sanders, impact wrenches, staple guns, drills, buffers, nutsetters and more.

"The swivel is a real time saver - maybe a life saver too, for someone who has tripped over their own air hose as many times as I have. It keeps the hose out of your way. I bought two - on my impact wrench gun I put the air swivel between the leader hose to the gun (snubber hose) and the air supply hose. On my air rachet wrench I put the swivel at the wrench and attached the leader hose to the swivel. When the rachet wrench is held parallel with the ground the hose does not have a 90 degree bend at the end of the wrench and it keeps the hose from tangling. You pay a price to use the swivel - about a 10-15 psi pressure drop and so if your tool is gasping for more air than your compressor can deliver the swivel isn't helping solve that problem. Tip: Put a leader hose on every tool you want one on and leave it there. Use quick disconnects everywhere else. Taking threaded fittings apart all the time and then reconnecting the fittings weakens the hoses at the fittings and that is what makes them leak."

"I mounted this swivel at the compressor. It allows the air hose to go in any direction without putting any stress on the hose. My only regret is that I only ordered one. This belongs on every air tool."
