Wood Stove,
March 6, 2007
By Professorfrom The Hill Country, Texas
"The Vogerlzang wood stove is the real McCoy! It features superb enginering and genuine craftsmanship with quality construction. Unlike too many look-a-likes and retro-wood stoves, this one will probably never burn out. It is enginered for serious use whether just keeping a large space toasty or cooking on the top - or using the hot water from the optional side mounted heater. This is the wood stove you can pass on to your grandchildren."

Just Perfect,

"This stove is working out great for us. It's big enough, gets hot enough and easily creates the heat in the specs.
We heat the 1,000 sq ft basement to unbearable warmth and let the extra heat go up the stairs to heat the middle portion of our house up to about 60 degrees.
I recommend getting the internal rack as this helps when you reduce the airflow in the late night hours."

"Stove is a great value for the price, inside volume of stove much larger than it looks. Easy to assemble, 85% assembled when received. Very well packaged. Directions for assembly lacking. Sturdy quality for the price, would recommend to anyone."

Good Value,
July 9, 2007
By shishfrom Stow, MA
"The Vogelzang Boxwood stove is an excellent value. It is not huge as some other wood burning stoves but it holds 18" logs easily from the front door entrance. We wish the top opening were more convenient . The stove works and burns well. We have recommended the stove to others, and would to anyone who is interested in an economic wood burning stove."
