"This is a great up date to the Dewalt 10in table saw. It probably won't be enough saw for heavy lumber and a lot of rough cut timbers but it will last the average do- it - your-selfer a life time. The motor is powerfull enough for the overall size of the unit. The adjustments are as simple as they could be. The rails to the fence can be bumped out of alignment a little too easily but if you are aware of it, it's not a problem. The portabality of the system is great, the wheels are a help also. Again this isn't an "industrial" saw but if you are only using it a dozen times a year it should last without a problem. The Price is also pretty good for a quality table saw."

Convenient but average,

"I've had the saw for a year. My first problem came as I was assembling it. The saw blade was too far to the left - almost touching the throat plate. There is no side-to-side blade adjustment on this saw. You can move the back of the blade to make it perpendicular to the table but that's it. A call to DeWalt resulted in two suggestions: 1. take it to a service center or 2. install a shim washer. I went with #2. The table with its 25" fence is convenient. Adjustability is very good. For its size the saw is fairly light weight so it's east to move around. The legs it comes with are a bit wobbly when cutting heavy items (i.e. doors). The motor and its cutting power are so-so. Rip framing lumber too quickly and you can stall the saw. If the price is good, consider it."
