"The concept is what drove me to purchase this product. The product is made of very sturdy alumium but the bracing is worthless. The nuts and bolts that came with the product are unusable, I had to go to my local hardware store and purchase (.00) of my own nuts and bolts in order to make this product sturdy. On my first attempt it crashed to the ground, so I again went to the hardware store (.00) and purchased a metal drill bit and additional nuts and bolts and then using some metal angle I had laying around I fashioned additional side bracing. Now this product works just fine but after I spent several frustrating hours and (.00) to fix the manufactures flaws with this product. In hindsight I should have just sent the product back and made my own sawhorse. I will be calling the customer service dept. for a refund of monies spent towards fixing this product into a usefull piece of equipment."

"The concept is fine, but a little more bracing would help. I had to have this sent twice as there were nuts/bolts missing. It would be better if you threw away all the nuts/bolts/screws provided with the product and bought a better quality to assemble the product. These were poor quality and difficult to put the nuts on the machine screws. (This will reduce the number of bandages for cuts received from the edges of the legs). All of these issues are manufacturer in nature and Northern provided good service."
