"My wife and I are in the process of renovating our house and we were looking for a electric fireplace to finish it off. We came across this one from ProCom and it look absolutly wonderful. I dont agree with the previous reviewer about noise. While using the flame it is completely silent, but while using the heating function it does make a little noise. Nothing to complain about though, it is kind of a soothing hum thats relaxing. Looks great, and comes fully assembled which causes one little problem. The box its shipped in is huge. So it was a little difficult trying to get into our house, but it did work out. Its all setup and is a excellent addition to our home."

"Please do not waste your money on this fireplace. It is very beautiful on the outside, but when you turn it on it is so loud! It is awful... It has a horrible noise, must be the motor. We can have it on if we have the music turned on high, but cannot just sit and enjoy a movie or television show with it on. Dont waste your money....Very unhappy with purchase. We would have returned it if we would have not had to pay shipping. Worst money ever spent."
