"This thing works better than stated. The unit has an internal thermostat that cycles. One thing that is not explained is that the thermostat also adjusts the flame height. Low flame 22k btus high flame 45kbtus. At 22k a "bar be que" bottle will last about 2 weeks with an outside temp of 32 (operated during waking hours only) . Yes it will work on a BBQ bottle - but you still need a regulator."

"This fireplace Looks very elegant,It heats my home perfectly.The coveniance of the remote is great.I have never had any problem with the heater.And I have had it for a year now. I would recomend it to anyone who would like to get rid of wood .Its clean,no mess and no smell. I would highly recomend this unit."
