"WOW, my wife and I can not say enough great things about our "Pro Con Full Size Vent Free Propane Fireplace"! We have lived in our totally electric country home for 30 years! We had looked at a few propane fireplaces here in Oklahoma but we were not excited about the looks or quality of the fireplaces we found. I got on the internet and searched and found "Northeren Tool Company". I called and talked to one of your representatives about the fireplace. He was very kind and answered all my questions. My wife and I decided to go ahead and order it. It got here on time and in A-1 condition. The driver that delivered the fireplace was also very kind. Anyway, I already had the propane line to where the fireplace would be. I took everything out of box and begin putting it together. It was simple to put together and beautiful when it is lite. My wife and I would recommened this product to anyone. We love the thermostate it has. It keeps the room at a constand temperture. We leave our Centeral Heat Unit on 63 degrees and it has NOT come on since we hocked up our Propane Fireplace! The heat it puts off feels WONDERFUL and we have had lot of good comments about how lovely it looks! Thanks Northeren Tool Company!"

"We purchased the ProCom Full-Size Vent-Free Propane Fireplace — 40,000 BTU, Coffee Glaze. The unit arrived on time as promised. We did not elect to take a curbside delivery and hence we had to get it off the truck ourselves. That required more than one person. Beyond that there is some handling to getting the unit where one intends to use it. The rest of the installation went easy if one followed the instructions provided. If you are not familiar with gas installation, we would highly recommend getting a certified plumber to do the job. The fire place has worked well and we are very happy with it. There was a small dent in a louver that is not sold as a replacement part for self repair. The company was right away agreeable to replacing the entire fireplace. However, I recalled how hard it had been to getting it into the house and elected to fore go the offer. Overall we are extreme pleased with with our purchase."

"Got unit in Nov, Installed and started to use on Dec 5th. We have fallen in love with this unit. We are using it to heat the top floor of or house with no issues at all aprox 1600 sq ft keeps it @ 70 on 2 1/2"

"Great service from Northern Tools. My propane ventless stove arrived in excellent condition. This stove is easy for the do-it-yourselfer to install, and the overall look of the product adds beauty to our home. I have not yet needed to use the stove, however, I am satisfied with the shipping and the description of the product. I was not disappointed at all when I received the stove."
