"Good fast darkening with the lens. I found that this product better than many others with the levels of tinting and able to tig weld more accurately and precise. A good helmet for doing sanitary welds."

"I am a welder (TIG and MIG) and this is what I use. Settings are easy to use and quick to respond to demands. Will stand up to home use or job related task. I have not found it in any shop that sells welders so buy it when you can. Make sure to order replacement parts for the head band, they tend to wear out when used daily. Its better than ordering parts when they are already worn out. You will be pleased you bought this product it just does not compare to the rest."

"Have a few basic welding helmets, and this is the one that I'm usually reaching for. Would spring for the 2002X if you do a lot of low amp TIG welding, plus you get the side windows and the exhalation venting. 3M also offers several accessories for helmet to make it even more user friendly. The Speedglas 9000 series helmets sell themselves."
