"I use this to change my tires at autocrosses, it has plenty of power to break all the lugnuts free and tighten them. One battery lasts long enough to change to race tires in the morning, then back to street tires in the afternoon. The same battery will do half the job for the following day if I don't get a chance to recharge it. So it will take off 12 tires then put them back on with one charged battery.

"Not the powerhouse I thought it would be. Good enough for mundane bolt tightening or loosening, but don't put the flex handle away, you'll need it to break bolts loose or to torque down anything bigger than 3/8" bolts."

"You'll be surprised, and you'll be pleased with its performance. Compare it with your air-tool or electric impact wrench, and you'll never go back to the air or corded model for the job. Forget the earplugs, too, like you'd need with your air tool's exhaust.
It's a substantial tool, definitely feels massive (a good thing when you're talking about Impact Wrenches), to help absorb the torque and not make your wrist take it all. The feeling in your hand is well-balanced, appropriate. The handle is comfortable, the trigger works just right.
You will quickly forget it is cordless -- the 19.2v power lets you forget that it's not corded or connected to a hose. I can't recall the last time I needed to use my air-powered impacter.
The batteries (I have two) hold a charge without the histeresis (sp?) effect that we used to see with NiCads... where if not charged or used right, it limits the number of cycles, etc. These are powerful.
I use it for disassembly / dismantling and I'm more tired from the number of hits long before this gun is. But, having a second battery in the charger is great to keep me ready for those times when there's a lot of repetitive work like you might see with an assembly line. A second battery is a good idea with smaller hardware that might not really require this much power (in other words, you're almost using too much gun, and wasting the charge -- like, if using it to spin off hundreds of 1/2 inch nuts... something of a waste of such a powerful gun. It'll do it... if you can keep up.) Two batteries is a luxury.
Having only one battery wouldn't be so bad... a short two-minute charge gives enough power to finish a task I was doing... and you don't need to worry about the charging cycle like you would with NiCads. (This, for times when my other battery is somewhere else...)
My only detraction from '5 stars' is that these remain higher in cost... these are not 'bargain basement' tools... it's a top-shelf item, and it's not a knock-off of some other name brand. This IS the top-dog name brand... the real deal. The tool itself is priced right... the batteries remain higher in cost that I'd like. Then again, it's never failed me and has exceeded my expectations of power available when I needed it, in a regularly-used cordless handtool. So, I guess I got what I paid for, right?
If you're looking for the 'best choice' and not using 'cost' as a primary concern, this is a 5-star tool, for sure."
