"When I received the machine the Las Vegas Sign on bottom was broken, the lights on top of machine were all burned out, No flouresent light at bottom of machine, lights out on 1 2 3 and 2, left side of machine. I replaced the light bulbs (total of 12 bulbs), not to include the flourescent. The 1st reel lights are out. Spoke with support and they are going to mail the bulbs for reel and will receive them in about a week. Personally, when you purchase a refurbish item you expect it to be like new condition. This machine had loose boards inside, wires loose, lights out, etc: Lucky I am a Computer Technician and know about machine circuitry."

"My wife receieved this machine from our son for Christmas. We have had a lot of fun with it and it has been quite a xmas conversation piece. The only problem we have had is there were several of the small light bulbs behind the reals that were burned out . I finally found a replacment bulb at NAPA auto parts. It is a wagner miniature Automotive lamp, 24v .3CP with a number 85 on the box. I had to order them and they were .65 for ten lamps if anyone has the same problem. Other than that the machine works great."
