A Disappointment,

"I ordered this bar stool for my husband as a gift. When it arrived it came with the wrong instructions and only one "ring" on the stool instead of two like the image online. I then discovered it had the wrong parts enclosed as well. I contacted the manufacturer (not northern tools) and when I finally got someone to help me weeks later they managed to send me a new part but it wasn't the right one either. In the end I had to give it to my husband unassembled and he actually had to drill holes in the seat and go buy new hardware to make it assemble and function properly. What a nightmare! I've never had any problems from Northern tool's products but this is the second time this "on edge marketing" has sent something we have had problems with. Last year they sent a neon clock that worked for about 2 days! What a disappointment!"
