DEWALT reconditioned tools come with a 1 year free service contract.
The DEWALT factory reconditioned tool is the same high quality unit as a new DEWALT tool. The reconditioned tools go through an even tougher quality inspection than the new tools including two full quality inspections by DEWALT, plus an added quality inspection Northern.
All of our reconditioned DEWALT tools are backed by a full one year DEWALT factory warranty. Over the years we have sold a tremendous amount of these quality tools, and the thing we've seen is how consistently impressive the DEWALT 's reconditioned tools are (the cleanest reconditioned units we have ever seen). We are so certain that when you see how clean they are, and how well they work that you will be sold on them too. We are so certain that you will love these tools that we back it in writing with our Northern no risk satisfaction guarantee, which states that if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase just return the item within 30 days for replacement or a full refund.

dewalt 6-pc cordless combo tool kit,
April 21, 2008
By Anonymous Reviewerfrom tavernier,fl.
"In my business of installing Boat Lifts & Davits, I deal with both concrete and wood decks. This requires a combo of many hand tools. Some parts of the install is done from the water and having a compact version of each one I need, plus the added advantage of no electricity to worry about, has made my set invaluable to my business. The fact that I can work in tight places with ease makes for a good finish product. I have and will continue to suggest this outfit to other contractors."

Overall a great set!!,
April 21, 2008
By Nachofrom Colton, Ca
"A great multi-purpose tool set. I'm an electrician and I always use and abuse these tools. The Impact is the best!!! It's bullet proof. I drop this tool many of time and it keeps going! The only flaw of this set is the Hammer Drill. Mine is starting to go bad and my set is only a year old. I know 2 other people this has happen to also. I don't know if it's the abuse it gets from using a uni-bit/step bit."

Dewalt Reconditioned XRP Tools,
April 21, 2008
By wrk24wheelfrom Los Angeles, CA
"I purchased this set a couple of years ago. Don't be afraid to purchase a refurbished dewalt product. Mine have been just as dependable as any new tool. My only complaint about the XRP series is the batteries themselves. They do not last. You will get just over a year off a set of batteries. Battery life is also so so, but not any worse or better than other brands.
The tools have plenty of torque and power to get the job done. I have found nothing that my drill, saw, or sawsall will not cut or drill through. I have drilled through 1/2" steel and cut it with the sawsall. This is why I have four to five batteries to use in rotation as it will eat them up pretty fast, but I will agree that I am taking these tools to their limits each time I use them and they have not failed me yet.
I have been told by the Dewalt rep that the new Lion batteries do not provide the torque that the XRP's do and it was recommended that I stay with those instead. So I will continue to replace batteries at this fast rate. I just wish they would follow Ridgid and provide a lifetime warranty on their products inluding batteries."
