"For a manual mill you cannot beat this mill for the price. Assembly may be a little challenging for some but if done correctly will produce excellent results. Believe me it is alot easier to push the mill thru the cut than to crank a handle. Pushing the mill allows you to feel the cut and results in better quality lumber than even the larger hydraulic mills. Also with this mill the sawdust exhausts on the opposite side of the operator which is an excellent feature- no walking thru piles of sawdust. If you want high speed, get a hydraulic mill. If you want high quality lumber, a Norwood is as good as any."
