In the great outdoors, FAST clean-burning LP heaters provide hundreds of uses. Need more than one burner? Order our item #1727 or #1729 heater. All are equipped with a safety shutoff valve and adjustable fingertip control. Heaters have a hi-med-low regulator and use a 20-lb. propane tank. U.S.A.

"A well constructed and convenient heater to operate. Use is limited within a larger area (say 20' x 20' foot UNINSULATED) to moderately cool temperatures of 30 to 40 degrees fahrenheit where the unit only will take the chill off when near it. Piezo push-button ignition a plus but not totally necessary for start up. If needing to heat up a larger area would suggest the triple heater. I have a larger forced air unit (electric fan - blower style), but the noise level of running it makes these units less fraying on the nerves and of course they don't require electricity to operate like my blower propane system. Do not use inside of a home or tightly enclosed space or more succinctly make sure you have proper ventilation when using any fuel driven heating unit."

mr. heater,

"i bought one of these to use in jan. and feb. in a bass boat to keep my hands warm when the temps were below 30 degs. after seeing people in a alabama tournament using them by straping them in the floor of the boat AWAY FROM ALL FUEL, and it works great for this. just this winter while finishing a house we were building i lit it to warm the inside up enough to be able to do trim work since the permanent gas heat had not been turned on yet, and it kept each room toasty as we moved from room to room and there was very little smell or odors to it, actually my wife now uses it at home when working on paperwork to avoid heating the whole house, which saves us a lot, since natural gas is so high, plus the smell from the natural gas fireplace is awful compared to this heater-WE LOVE IT! the only caution is- keep the area ventilated and keep all combustables away from it by at least 3 or 4 feet. it is a great product with too many uses to list."

Heater good, ignitor, not so much...,

"This is a handy little space heater that runs a long time on a 20lb tank of propane. The adjustable heat setting is helpful, and the fumes are noticable, but not overwhelming (ALWAYS use in a ventilated area though). The housing does get very hot, so keep that in mind. The only problem I've had is with the ignitor. It does throw a good spark, but the heater doesn't light as well as I'd prefer. I think I'm following the directions properly, and it does work, just not well. I usually end up lighting it with a match instead. All in all it does what it claims and the price is right. If I order another one I think I'll skip the piezo though."

Mr. Heater Single Heater- Model# MH12TS,

"I'v used this heater before over the years (on camping and hunting trips) and they work great on cold or rainy weather!! I bought two more to heat my shop-garage when working on the car. Works great for heating a deck for parties (smoking area) and such. Just be sure to use in a semi-well vented area if using in an enclosed area. Unzip a window in a tent part way if using as a tent heater or crack a window or door if using inside (works really well for that)- but the fumes will give you a headache if used for hours at a time if not vented (just a small amout of venting is all you need). They get VERY hot and could be a real fire hazard if left too close to anything that will catch-fire or Solvent/Gasoline fumes . Give it at least 2-4 feet of "safety-space" depending on how hot you run it. You can adjust it to run on low or high."
