Tri-Table Doesn't Live Up To The Hype, October 16, 2007

"We were very excited to receive the tri-table. By saving space through purchasing this 3-1, we thought we'd be able to offer more games for less. Boy were we wrong!

First, the puck was not included for the air hockey table, so we're not able to use this part of the game. (Plus it's a mini, so we can't buy one somewhere else.)

Next, when you rotate the table from foosball to air hockey or pool, the player control sticks of the foosball table are in the way and cannot clear the floor. It takes multiple individuals to rotate the table - when online it looks like an easy switch.

Finally, the pool table bottom was dented upon shipment receipt, so the table is unlevel and warped.

To wrap it up, the website description leaves a lot to be desired upon receiving the product. I am not impressed with it's manufacturing and feel one could purchase alternative equipment for a better value. I do not recommend this table for at home use, let alone for use in a high traffic area."

"This is a step up from the multigame table I previously had. Much better quality. The only problem is that some of the preinstalled nuts did not align with the bolt holes which made assembly more difficult."

Good but not so good, December 27, 2006

"When I ordered this product the suggested shipping was UPS. When I recevied it the box was open and parts were falling out. I called customer care and they took back the damaged one and shipped a new one via truck. This one arrived in good condition and there was no extra charges. When I assembled the table it took about 3 hours but it went together pretty well except for the legs. They do not look at all like the picture. The picture looks like the legs are made out of flat panels. The legs I received are made of metal tubing and do not look as nice as the picture. The legs were cracked and the plastic caps were broken. I again called customer care and they are shipping out two new legs. We have been using the table and have had lots of fun already. I look forward to receiving the new parts so we can put this thing together for good."
