"The directions are fair at best. The schematic pictures are a little small and do not show what one extra spade terminal on the back of the capilary tube is for. (I am still trying to figure it out). The outer panel has a mild dent in it from shipping damage. The unit is purely utilitarian looking (Not Very Pretty) but does function quite well. For the price I am impressed and hope it lasts. I plan on buying a few more."

"Maybe i did something wrong (i doubt it they were easy to install) but all three of these units i put in my bedroom make a lot of "pinging and popping" when they heat up and cool down, to the point where they wake me up at night sometimes. I just can't wait for winter to be over so I can finally get some decent sleep again. I gave it three stars because it was easy to install, but not for performance."

"I purchased 6 of these units. They installed very easy with simple wiring skills. I installed in a 100 year old house and I am waiting on cold weather now to try them out."
