Tough Lil Bush Hog, April 21, 2008

"Designed good , cuts 6 foot black berry thickets with ease, if your 4 wheeler can push it over this will mow it, hickory is the only tree that gives it grief. Powerful 14.5 hp engine. Remote control harness is to short, I was mowing and hit a high spot and the hitch pin clevis pulled out and the harness was pulled out by the roots, I had to replace the cable and rewired it.
Another problem I've had is when you hit high ground or run over something tough like a hickory tree, the blades sometimes tighten themselves Ive had to use a pipe wrench and a 2 ft. cheater pipe to loosen, since have replaced with longer shouldered bolts to correct problem allowing bolt to tighten before it tightens on the blades."

"The mower deck and cutting blades are good. The only problem that I have is with the towing tonge. It is too light for the work that it must do. When you offset it, it bends very easy. I have to keep it directly behind the 4 wheeler. The control cable is too short also."
