"This is a great lightweight drill / hammerdrill for everyday tasks. It has the speed for conventional drilling in wood and metal and enough power for mixing bucket sized batches of thinset or plaster. This drill is rated for 1/2" max in concrete, but I've used 5/8 bits in it with no problem. The low speed on this drill combined with the vs switch is great for hole saws of all sizes. My drill is twelve years old now and still runs very strong. The only maintenance I had to do was a brush and switch and that was three years ago."
