"This transfer switch is sturdy and has plenty of room for wire connections. I would recommend checking local Electrical Codes as it does not have a service disconnect in it. A separate one would have to be installed if required. I am an electrician and have installed a couple of these and like the quality very much. I will continue to use this product. If you are going to install this yourself, check with local Electrician or Electrical Inspector for proper wire sizing and grounding requirements."
