"This product is what I had expected, however the first one sent to me was defective. I never even got it going.

Northern Tool was excellent about getting me another one before xmas.
The new one was working within 40 min. of getting to the location.

Log was very easy to set up and produces alot of heat.

"Log set looks better than anything I found in this price range (even higher). Was easy to install. Only problem that I have experienced, fire seems to die down after burning a while. It will even turn off after awhile, then come back on. I don't know if the temp. has anything to do with it or not. Overall I like them for looks and back up heat source."
