"Converting a insert from a vented to a non-vented was easy and simple. The instructions were understandable, easy to follow, and the conversion was done in less than 45 mins. The differences are like night and day compared to the previous insert. Being a female, this was easy and I can say "I did it". Thanks Pro-com!"

"After looking at various places for gas logs, I found that the ProCom Vent Free Gas Log Set was a smart purchase. The price was great and they were very easy to install. I needed a small set of logs and this set was perfect. They look great and work well. After I bought mine, my mother in law bought a set, too. (same brand, bigger size) I would recommend these logs to my friends and have."

"The Most notable expeience with Northentool.com was the great service they provide. I had to travel a few days after I ordered the firplace kit, and I wanted to take the kit with me.
