agri-fab lawn cart,

"excellent , i made the following modification in assembling the cart, instead of using the axil brackets, i flattened the handle extension ends, drilled the axel and mounted the axel directly thru the front tub mounting and front handle extension mounting holes-----solid. light weight, easy to handle, no problem with tubes----yet. i like this very much, recommend it highly."

Don't buy,
April 21, 2008

"Hard to maneuver. Wouldn't fit through my gate, it's very wide. The material it's made of, to me, seems second rate. I don't think it will last."

tires are awful,
March 3, 2008
By vicky

"I have had a tire that I have to constantly fill since the first month of use. It is so aggravating I can't give it more then 2 stars. Also the axle slides back and forth but that is probably just something that needs tightening. I don't know where to buy the heavy duty tubes the other reviewer mentioned. Can anyone help?"

Good cart, bad tubes,
October 8, 2007

"I purchased the Agrifab cart even after reading that other people had problems with flat tires. Sure enough I had two flats almost right away. I purchased heavy duty tubes and since then the cart has been great. Very stable and easy to roll, the cart saves us many trips from the truck to the kitchen door. It will carry anything and it saves my back."

Agri-Fab Poly Lawn Cart - 45-0226,
May 24, 2007
By Gina

"I ordered this cart because it was rated as the Best Buy on Consumer Reports. So after reading a less tan stellar review on this site I thought that perhaps that was just a one-time lemon. However when I received my cart it was a disaster! The cart was scratched, the wheels were rusted and the hardware was loose in the box. The cart might be a good one but I was so put off by the condition that I received it I'll never know. I called Northern and requested that they come get the cart."

Cart OK, customer service perfect!,
March 14, 2007

"When it was shipped, the hardware was not packed together and was just floating aoroud the box. Thus three of the four cotter pins were missing. No Biggie. Then one of the tires wouldnt keep air. Its clear to me that agr- Fab uses low quality tires and inner tubes. The good part is that the good people at Northern were more that helpful. They wasted no time in sending a new wheel out. I now know that I can feel comfortable buying anything from Northern because of how well they have treated me."
