"I would recommend this highly to anyone wanting to install a fence themselves. It is very lightweight and has a lot of power for it's size. I was impressed at the ease of digging and starting the unit along with the quietness of the engine. You have a couple of options on the augers depending on youe needs and I think it was money well spent. It is a great addition to my outdoor equipment."

"I HAVE HAD 3 E43 POWER HEADS. FIRST ONE HAD A BROKEN PISTON ROD. THE SECOND E43 HAD A BAD CARB AND FILLED THE CYCLINDER WITH FUEL CAUSING THE ENGINE TO HYDROLOCK. THE THIRD E43 HAD A BROKEN BAFFLE IN THE MUFFLER CAUSING VERY HIGH OPERATING NOISE. OVERALL, THE ARDISAM E43 IS JUNK!!!. NOTE TO ARDISAM-GO BACK TO THE TECUMSEH TH300."

"Excellent machine re: wieght and handling, and power is fully sufficient for even tough ground, but the manufacturere needs to warn users strongly that screws holding carbureter and exhaust and fuel tank loosen very easily and some even fell out before we realized it needed to be partially taken apart and all screws tightened after its first and second runs in the field."
