"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! for the following reasons: 1) for 0 you get a hydraulic jack with a 6 inch TOTAL extension length and mounting hardware 2) Installation instructions were 8 sentences and very non-discript. Basically, a)install jack and unit b) add control extensions c) use. 3) No matter how you install this unit (and I spent 4-hours installing this in 6-8 different configuations), the jack must be extended atleast 3-4 inches. Yes, that gives you 2-3 inches of lift for "Dumping"...at best. Now I'm no Physicist, but 3 inches lift on a 6+ foot trailer is bearly above level. On my final attempt, I took just the picture on the front of the box and made mine look like theirs. The results provided less lift than some of my other 'personal configuations". If you want or need a lift for your trailer, there are many other options. As a rule of thumb, the "total vertical lift" should be about 25-35% of the "total length" of the bed of your trailer/wagon. Otherwise, nothing but a liquid would "dump". If I could rate this lower than 1-star, I would."
