"Growing up, my dad always used 4x4's and chunks of firewood to block wheels and I followed right in his tracks. Then I decided to finally step up and buy some "real" chocks for my boat to hold it in place in the garage. These work great. The rubber is very grippy and heavy-duty so expect a long useful life. At the same time, the chocks are light enough to throw and kick around to where you need them. Great all-around product and a good investment for little money."

"For years I've used a brick as a chock (I know, crazy) so I finally decided to buy a set of "real" chocks. Luckily these were on sale and to sum it up they work great. Big enough to do the job and small & light enough to carry around. Made of thick rubber that will last a lifetime.
I use two when I my car is on ramps or when I'm at the track to keep the car from rolling (no handbrake set to prevent rotor damage from hot pads)."

"Hey, I'm like everybody else--I used to grab 2X4s, sticks of wood, etc., to chock my wheels. Is that nuts or what? I bought a set of these chocks a year or so ago. They work great. The rubber is just soft enough to grip good. Give them a little kick into the wheel before you jack your car or truck up, and there is no way they will fall out or start "scooting" on you."

"I purchased these wheel chocks to use with my 6x12 cargo trailer. They are very durable and work great. They are hollowed out on the inside, but they have a thick wall (~ 1 inch), are very rigid, and should work good for most small to medium sized trailers. I would recommend a solid chock for a large trailer...definitely for a 10,000 lb trailer as another person had reviewed earlier."

"In my opinion these are the best chocks for the money. When not in use as a safety device when jacking up my truck I use them in my truck box and bed for wedging large and heavy items. They keep my Hi-Lift jack from beating and destroying my aluminum truck box on a daily basis."

"To protect my 10,000 lb. trailer from rolling away, I expect something a little more substantial than a hollowed out rubber wheel-chock. It might work, but for the cost of the trailer & for the liability factor, I refuse to depend on this item for it's stated purpose."

"I purchased two of these wheel chocks and find them to be very strong and durable. As a volunteer firefighter, I back my Dodge Ram Quad Cab into the garage at all hours of the day and night so as to be ready for the next call. I do not need to misjudge how far I back up and these "babies" certainly stop me from destroying what is stored in the rear of the garage. I do not believe you can find a better product for the price."
