"I purchased this drill press after examining six other makers models. This drill offered more value for the money and had more features than any of the similar drills I examined. After using it for 3 months on several major projects I am quite satisfied with the product. Several features, such as the tilt table, 12 speeds, 3/4 HP motor and the table extensions were not found on any other models I looked at. (Which included several major brands.) The construction includes very sturdy casting in the base plate, table, and headstock The only slight negative I found was a .005" spindle run-out. Since my use does not include precision metal work, it's of little consequence. I would recommend this drill press to anyone looking for a good value and low price."
