"With price in mind, the unit is enticing. However when the unit is used several times in a day on the same power source; the unit gets very slow. It appears to use more power than should be required. Perhaps the gearing whould be reviewed by the mfg."

"I ordered this jack from Northern Online. They had the best price that I could find.
The jack was very easy to install and included everything you needed. It has a light which is very handy for hitching up in the dark. It also includes a crank for manual operation if your battery is dead. There is no need for any cover removal to use the crank and it works very easily. This is a very good product and is very strong. On my application it has to raise the trailer and the rear of my truck so that I can install the load bars and it does so with ease. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the included fuse holder is a piece of junk. You will want to replace it when you install the jack. No big deal but they do need to improve this 1 item."
