"I live in Houston and decided to add a "Transfer Switch" so I could connect my Honda 3500 generator directly to the electircal cirucuits in our home - so I would be ready for the next hurricane. After getting the "Transfer Switch" installed and connected to our Electrical Panel I found out that my Honda 3500 generator was a 20 Amp generator - but the "Transfer Switch" was a 30 Amp panel with a 30 Amp cable with a 4 prong 30 Amp lockable plug on the generator end. I could not find anybody in Houston who knew what the difference was between a 4 prong 20 Amp lockable plug and a 4 prog 30 Amp lockablable plug - much less had one. I found one at Northern Tool + Equipment and am now my family is ready for the next hurricane!"
