Makita Circular saw,

"I purchased this saw 15 years ago when I bought my first home. I was young and ambitous and should have burned the darn thing out. I have my second ,much larger home and last couple years it too needed some remodeling. This saw is flawless and have only needed to change blades. I keep telling myself, I want a new cordless model, but I just can't kill this thing. Other than having a cord to plug in, this is a well made power tool that will last a couple of generations."

"I have owned and used my Makita Circular Saw for fIfteen years and have compared it side by side with other makes of circular saws and worm drive saws. I found it to be the most dependable accurate saw I have ever used. I would not trade it for any other brand of saw."

A most durable saw,
April 21, 2008
By rswimmer0088from Elizabeth City, NC
"I have owned my makita 7 1/4 circular saw since my dad gave it to me new in 1987 it was and is an outstanding investment, I would recommend it to anyone from novice to contractor. From the ease of use to the power of the 15 amp motor this saw packs a punch. I have used it for at home jobs as well as in my side business. I have used it to build pole barns as well as welping boxes, for framing as well as ripping pickets for decks. This saw has lasted me over twenty years with little more then a cord change. When and if this saw ever wears out I will purchase another one. Sincerely rswiimmer0088"

Makital Circular Saw,

By Railroaderfrom MD
"I have owned two 7-1/4 " Makital saws. The first lasted for twenty years until I dropped it off a roof onto a concrete sidewalk. I ran as smooth after twenty years as the day I bought it. The second is lighter and smoother than the first. I use a Makita carbide finish blade. It cuts through wood like butter. In my opinion, you won't find a smoother or tougher saw out there."
