Useful Light,
August 11, 2008
By Charlesaf3

"I use this light on my tractors and find it useful. The magnetic base actually holds very well - regular jouncing will not knock it off. Though an oak branch will! Only reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't have a separate on/off switch - only way to turn it on and off is to unplug it."

Best work light Ever.,

"I was introduced to this worklight in my job by a co-worker. I used it once and had to have one. The durability of this light and the fact that it sticks tightly to any metal surface makes it a "must have" if you need to do any work at night or in light-reduced areas. In my job, I have to drive on less than perfect roads with the light attached to my car door on the drivers side, and it has yet to slip or fall off, and better yet, it does not scratch the paint job! And, as a bonus, when you are finished using it, the heat from the light is not enough to burn upholstery, unlike other spotlights. I highly recommend this product for its durability, ease of use and illumination level."

Handy Item,

"I have a Kubota BX24 and this unit has worked out well as a work light for the backhoe or a supplemental light for the front end loader (loader blocks the headlights half the time). Since it's magnetic I can just stick it on my rollbar and point it either way, storing it when it's not needed."

Good for the price,

"Well made light with a strong magnet for the base. Make sure you place a thin piece of cloth between the base and the light if you don't want to scratch up the nice finish of whatever you are using it on..."

works great,

"Great product. The length of the cord allows access to the front and rear of my truck. The magnet is strong and hasn't left any marks on my paint job. The halogen bulb provides more than enough light to get the job done.
I would also recommend this light to atv/utv users as an accessory light, beats the spot lights sold by other retailers."

Great 12 Volt Magnetic Mount Flood Light,
April 14, 2008
By JimRS
from Columbia & Newberry, SC

"The light is very handy, because the cord is long enough to reach any part of my Toyota Tundra pickup and my New Holland tractor and place on any steel or iron part. The magnet has a very strong grip so it doesn't slide or fall off easily. The light is very bright and lights up a wide area. It helps to see behind the tractor when I'm working after dark and lights the truck bed and the area outside of the truck. I have several and keep one in my car, truck and tractor. I highly recommend it."

Magnetic Mount Flood Light Review,
April 14, 2008
By Farmallman

"This product works great for when you need light but can't or don't want to drill into the mounting surface. The magnets are strong, very strong. I have them on top of my tractor snow cab. The trailer with cab was going 60mph and the lights didn't move. That was impressive. The lights themselves are perfect as auxiliary lighting for snowplowing, fieldwork or any outside job. Plug them into a cigarette lighter receptacle and away you go. Definitely a good buy."

Useful Magnetic Light,
January 14, 2008
By Tater2023
from New England Christmas tree farm

"This light solves the problem for someone who doesn't want to drill holes in their tractor (or truck or car), nor make a hard wire connection to mount a light on it. The cord that plugs into a 12 volt receptacle lets you mount it in any place-for example, up front to watch the snowplow better or in the back up on the ROPS bar to watch an implement on the 3PH on back. It throws a good wide, bright beam that I have found very useful, even in snow or rain. Perhaps its main limitation is because modern tractors, like both my New Holland and Kubota tractors, use so much plastic for hoods, fenders, etc. that it cannot adhere to. That's not the lamp's fault !"

The most useful light I own,
October 15, 2007
By 1LabLover
from Oklahoma City,OK

"This is without a doubt the most useful light I own. I carry it in my truck at all times and use it any time I need a large amount of light that I can direct exactly where I need it. For anyone who has ever had to work on a vehicle, set up equipment or campsite at night this is one light you can definitely appreciate. The hinged lamp and sturdy magnetic base allow you to place the light exactly where you need it. If you have additional 12V outlets in your vehicle then having more than one of these lights is even better!"
