"This is a must have when doing tile or laminate flooring, especially when you have lots of doors. You can trim the bottom of doors without removing them from the frame."

jamb saw,
January 14, 2008
By jeff50

"I looked far and wide for this type saw and my brother found it for me here at Northern tool. I had to remove several feet of base board that had tile put down up against the molding. This tool cut all the molding in minutes and I never touch a single piece of the tile. Would have taken hours to do by hand. AND free shipping!!!"

Nearly Perfect Tool!,
January 14, 2008
By KathyG
|
"I've enjoyed using this tool since I bought it a couple of months ago. We're renovating our home and with all the doors and baseboards it just made sense to buy it. Price was a bit high but for the quality it's certainly worth the extra.
The only thing I could see for improvement would be if the gages were marked. It's all adjustable for height but there isn't a measurement guide to set each side with. I'd rather it were marked so that I could be certain that both sides are set to the same height instead of hoping my failing eyes are seeing things right when I hold the measure tape beside each one."

"The 6" jamb saw that I purchased is well worth the money invested. It also works great for cutting anywhere that a circular saw will not fit. Great Product."
