MILWAUKEE'S BEST,
October 29, 2007
By RLTBfrom Downers Grove, Illinois
"Not too long ago I was doing a project which require me to drill over 100 5/16 holes in 1/4" steel plate. After about 20 holes were drilled, my Craftsman 3/8" drill burned up. I went out to the local hardware home center and bought what I thought was a top quality drill. A Makita. After about 50 holes, the Makita was so hot, I couldn't hold it and it was losing power. I told my wife I'll be right back and went to a real tool store and bought a Milwaukee 3/8" Magnum. I've since used it 1000's of times without a hitch. It will stand up to any abuse and service. I've since bought a 3/8" hammer drill, sawz-all, and grinder. All Milwaukee. No one comes close to their quality and durability. Milwaukee may stand for beer, but also for the finest power tools I've ever used."

Powerful and Smooth,

"I needed a good corded 3/8" electric drill and this Milwaukee Magnum not only fills the bill but exceeded my expectations. Powerful, smooth motor can run for extended periods of time without overheating. This drill works well not only with metal and wood bits but with accessories such as wire brushes and grinding wheels too. Rated at 5.5 amps @120 volts means that at 660 watts, I can use this with my 1000 watt inverter in my Jeep while on the trail. Great tool for great price."

"I have owned this drill for about 3 years and I am very pleased with it. It has plenty of power for this speed. The variable speed trigger is very sensitive, and you can basically operate the drill at any speed you like. Excellent product, and I would recommend it to anyone."
