Modifications may be required, January 14, 2008

"Good results with the spreader after a few modifications. The flow control across the bottom of the hopper wouldn't stay to a set opening. Had to adjust then add a latch of sorts to keep the control open at desired set point. After getting that right it worked very well for our needs as a small business and made our customers happy. The small details that a small business can do for the consumer is what makes small businesses into large businesses i believe."

"I have around 3 acres and this seeder would constantly breakdown. Hopper would not spin. Poor design and construction make this a very limited light duty seeder."

Doesn't Hold Up Long, September 4, 2007

"I purchased this one year ago and took very good care of it and used it approximately 20 times. I have 4 acres of native pasture and bermuda around the house. The drop spreader does not engage unless you have the spikes lowered, which you don't need every time. Also, the inner metal parts corroded and I had to throw it away after only 15 months of ownership. I washed it out and dried it every time and kept it covered in our garage."
