"I at first thought that I bought a piece of junk but , after some testing found what was required to get good results. The nozzles sent with unit were useless right from the start. When I returned to get new nozzles I decided to opt for the deadmans handle and never tried the included handle again. One of the problems was not getting the media to release from the tank and when it did it would clog the handle. I found that I had overloaded the tank and when I removed some from the tank it worked much better. There is a tag on the release handle that states that you should only put as much media in that will be needed to perform the job at hand. I would suggest following the tag. Another problem was with the size of the media clogging the handle nozzles. The Silica Northern Tools sells is too large for the smaller inside diameter nozzles. I used regular sandbox sand and found it still had large pieces but when filtered though screening material worked fine. A large compressor is needed to keep-up with the quantity of air needed especially after you get the bugs worked-out and you really get into the job. After I bought the blaster and deadmans handle I still had less in it than some other available makes of sandblasters and ended up with a fairly heavy duty set-up that should last a long time."

"I recently ordered this product and when It arrived I discovered that one of the ceramic nozzles was broken, the holes for the handles were drilled incorrectly and the axel was not drilled on one end for the cotter pins that secure the wheels in place. I sent it back and located a quality American made product from a different company. It cost me about 0 more but it was worth it."
