"Great item for large or small garage. Puts out great heat without much oder. The only drawback is that it needs a fan unit to help push the air out. This unit was simple to hang in the garage. I hooked mine up to a 30 lb propane bottle and it started right up once the propane moved up into the unit."

vent free heaters,
April 25, 2008

"I needed to replace my old vented propane heater in one of my enclosed snowmobile trailers. I bought this one and it was a cinch to install. I had it mounted and connected to a 30lb propane bottle in less than an hour. It can be set to a low temp and would keep my insulated trailer plenty warm all day long. I would recommend this product to anyone out there. There is no vent required but I had a ceiling vent and this helped the air quality inside while I was in there working for a long period of time. I bought two more to heat my 28' v nose trailer and am glad I found this product at Northern. :)"

"I am on complete solar. I use this heater to replace a propane furnace in winter when solar is low. Heats a 1000 ft. house with no problem. I really enjoy backing up to it on a cold night. I think it has used less gas then the furnace this winter. I have recommended this heater to all my friends who are on solar"

propane heater,
April 21, 2008

"This heater passed all my expectations when I bought it. I have a single stall garage which use to be heated by a ready heater that mainly just stunk it up with fumes. I bought this heater thinking that it would keep it kind a warm in there during the winter, but not as warm as the ready heater did. After I hooked it up and got it going, I had to start taking clothes off cause it got so hot in there. I hooked it up to a 50 lb propane tank that was about 3/4 full and I used the heater probably 30hrs total on that."

"It heats a small 250 square foot area from 35 degrees to 70 degrees in about 30 mins. So much easier and quicker than a wood stove and it doesn't use alot of propane either so the cost is affordable."

"This things is an awesome value. I suppose, for a lot more money, you can get a little more efficiency, but for the price it is great. No issues, great heat and efficiency. I recommend this to my customers."

Blue Flame L/P Heater,

"I'm heating a 24x24 insulated garage.Once heater is started it works well.Ingniter button hard to push down and now sticks in down position! I have not yet contacted man. Flame cycles on and off with no noticeable fumes. It makes alot of heat with low fuel consumption! Optional blower works great and well worth add cost! I would buy more if needed!"
